Party: Live the Adventure #4

The COC invites you to experience the great outdoors as seen through the eyes of adventurous people, and to learn what it takes to stay active and healthy.

Beth MacLean will talk about her exciting adventure kayaking trip from Loreto to La Paz in Baja Mexico in November 2016. Trip included 100 miles of kayaking over 10 days, camping every night on deserted beaches, sleeping under the stars, fishing from kayak and eating what was caught, snorkeling, beach combing, and great camaraderie with a great group of people. Beth has been an active member of the COC since 2006 and an Event Coordinator since 2007, participating in over 460 events and organizing over 250.

Noel Sam, Past-President and ski instructor will give a presentation on downhill ski safety.
