To celebrate one of the country's top coaches and athletes we're having a full night of traditional lifts and fun challenges, one week before Halloween. It has been eight years since Bruce passed away and his influence is alive and well with more venues and weightlifters than ever before.

Celebrate the love for the sport that sparked our own, and get back in touch with where you found yours.

Come down and get involved with this new competition. Open to males, females, young, old, seasoned weightlifters, newcomers, amateurs and other athletes alike. We would especially like to encourage sports clubs to submit teams for this competition to test your players in a whole new way.

Event 1 - Snatch Ladder
Event 2 - Clean & Jerk Ladder
Event 3 - Back Squat Total Volume Challenge
Event 4 - Sandstone Circuit
Event 5 - Four Lift Relay
Event 6 - Tug of War

£10 Entry fee per team. If you dont have a team don't worry come on down and we will find you one on the day.

Prizes for the winning team as well as an opportunity to check out the facilities and environment for your own training.
