The Cobden Golf Club is hosting a Free Community Night to bring together mates and help raise awareness of anxiety and
depression. The night will be hosted by Matty Stewart from 3YB Warrnambool.
This isn’t just a night for men’s struggles, because EVERYONE is a mate to someone. All women and men of all ages are encouraged to attend if you have concerns or want to be more aware of what you can do to help a mate in need.
Ex AFL player Wayne Schwass and local farmer Jack Kenna will share their personal experience’s on Anxiety and Depression.
