This is a raw bench and deadlift only comp. You can compete as a novice or GPC member. If you are competing in the 2015 National GPC event then you must be a GPC member to compete. GPC membership must be processed prior to the competition. Please contact the NT GPC rep Mitch 04 0565 6000 for details or visit http://gpcaustralia.com. Knee high socks and a soft suit are mandatory. GPC Australian National, DPI comp and member board records can be set or broken. Comp fee $50.00.
If you are competing as a novice competitor then you can set DPI and board records but not National records. Knee high socks are required but a soft suit is not needed for novice lifters. Novice comp fee is $20.00. All competitors must be DPI members for insurance purposes. Numbers will be capped at 30. Weigh in will be at 12:00 - 13:00 December 5 at 38 Moorhen Cct Bakewell or on the day. Lifters are to be at the venue by 11:15 for briefing and warm up or 10:45 if weighing in on the day. Spectators are welcome at no charge.
