Party: Miss B & The Bad Boys

"Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble', Sarah Vaughan, Julie London, Ella Fitzgerald

Miss B is a cocktail infused with equal parts of these legendary crooners whilst emitting a passion all her own.

A soulful and sultry female crooner embodying the souls of divas from the golden era of music - 1940's to 1960's. Singing in both English and Italian, Miss B brings new life to classics together with her band 'The Bad Boys' consisting of renowned jazz musicians.

'Miss B' - Bernadette Novembre began singing at the age of 6 years as a supporting act for international artists touring Australia and Europe. She sang in venues both large and small such as the iconic Palais Theatre in Melbourne in front of thousands of people. She gained a reputation as having a 'big voice' and had a musical sensibility beyond her years.

Having predominantly toured with Italian artists, Bernadette's influences and musical tastes are very European in style. She loves the passion of the Italian language and Italian singers such as Mina, Milva, Domenico Modugno and other greats from the 1950's and 1960's. Her repertoire however also consisted of English classics and amongst her favourites were Petula Clarke, Connie Francis and Elvis Presley. However, the time came when Bernadette became the woman that she is today; confident, sexy, sultry and passionate - Miss B. Her musical style slightly changed to reflect this and her repertoire consists of more sensual tracks such as Sarah Vaughan's 'Whatever Lola Wants'. She cites Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble' and Amy Winehouse as some of her major influences and has been called the 'female Buble'' on many occasions. Her musical vision is to bring back classics from the 1940's to 1960's and to reinvent the arrangements by infusing them with a big band vibe whilst still staying true to the originals. She also writes, collaborates and performs original music.

On stage, Miss B's presence is engaging, flirtatious and risqué - you will surely not forget a night with her.

Let Miss B & The Bad Boys tantalise, inspire and take you on a journey of passion and romance."
