Jokes Please! is an award-winning stand-up comedy show that happens every Thursday at LMG.

Old wisdom said, a benefit to marriage is that you have a record of your life. The experiences you have will be shared so you are less likely to forget them. That’s true, I guess, but now we have much better cameras and digital storage. So new wisdom would say, just record your life yourself! Who needs the unreliable, biased memory of a loved one when you can just film every moment of your life? Plus if that’s why you are getting married I’m sure it’s more likely to be a record of a few years together, at most. Zing!

The above was a long way to say that we are filming Jokes Please! this week and everyone who comes is getting married too! Fun!
