Shelly Marie Redmond--Culinary Dietitian, Founder of Skinny Louisiana and Queen of Healthy Cajun Cuisine will be featured at Business in the City on Thursday, April 6.
Shelly launched Skinny Louisiana in 2015. Skinny Louisiana focuses on Louisiana cooking and living with a skinny twist. Shelly will share ‘skinny’ and ‘easy’ delicious meals, snacks, and tips from her first book, "Skinny Louisiana….in the Kitchen (Pelican Publishing)."
