Party: PLATINUM PRESENTS GLOVER & DESTROY THE MACHINE

GLOVER BIO
There are DJ/producers who define themselves by the past. Then there are those who are about The Now – and The Next. Glover is one of the latter, concerned not with long, winding historical narratives, but with what's actually happening. The Sydney-sider is bringing an upfront sound to the international scene – an ever-mutating synthesis of big room, electro house, progressive and tech infused grooves that we should really just call 'Glover'.
Having held down the main room of Sydney's Pacha since its launch, Glover's meteoric rise as a producer has added to his already impressive arsenal of achievements. His Top 10 ARIA club chart remixes include Onelove's #1 ARIA club chart record 'Generik - The Weekend', ‘Tigerlily - Faith' and Jimi Frew's 'Trouble' as well as remixes for Laidback Luke 'Where Forever' and Dutch über-label Spinnin' Records who placed his transformation of LA producer Borgeous' 'Invincible' fourth in their world-wide remix competition.
Glover’s debut single, the #1 ARIA club chart record ‘Faces’ received massive support internationally from djs such as Tiesto, David Guetta, R3hab and Firebeatz.
Having been championed by the likes of Tommy Trash, W&W & Bingo Players, this party icon plans to hit the international scene very soon. Big dreams make for big tunes, big parties and bigger stories.

DESTROY THE MACHINE BIO
The trickiest and hotly anticipated DJ collaboration to hit the Australian circuit is duo Destroy The Machines.

And their name speaks for itself. Superior scratching skills understates their technical ability. Destroy The Machines are bass-driven dance music DJs and respected turntablists who push the equipment like no other. Using a set-up of four decks and two mixers, Destroy the Machines furiously sample and scratch their way through each set playing a wide range of tunes to create a glitchy energetic sound you must hear to believe!

Music style you ask? These dynamos are defined by no genre. Each set is determined by you, the dancer. Free from predetermined arrangements or promoter’s requests, they draw on their experience and play to the BPMs.

This partnership is complemented by a friendship bonded over an appreciation of heavy bass lines and encouraged by industry heavy weights. Offering over 24 years of experience between them, well-known Sydney producers A-Tonez (Anthony Azzopardi) and Matt Ferreira are now turning heads as Destroy The Machines and giving rise to a new wave of live and technical DJing.

The imminent release of their self-titled EP promises the primary elements of electro combined with the up-roaring new age complextro feel. The first track Rise of the Machine with its unwavering driving bass line gives us a taste of the exciting talent created by these two masterminds.

As individuals, these two have carved a reputation as unique and energetic so it is no surprise Destroy The Machines will deliver a quality performance with perfection each and every time they take to the decks.
