Mark your calendars! Five Rings Jiu Jitsu is hosting a gym exchange this Saturday at Recreate Fitness (NW 19th & Vaughn, Portland). The event is free for PSU BJJ club members and those taking coach Eric's class at PSU. Here are the details:
When: Saturday, 10/19, 11:00 am-1:30 pm
Where: Recreate Fitness, 2001 NW 19th Ave #101, Portland, OR Why: Because free Jiu Jitsu. Need I say more?
Itinerary:
11:00-12:30 - seminar with 5RJJ brown belt and coach extraordinaire, Daryl Cutler
12:30-1:30 - Open train
