As Part of the Liverpool Irish Festival:
More Power to your Elbow are an eight piece Celtic Rock band from counties Tyrone, Armagh and Derry in the North of Ireland. Defined both as a folk orchestra with a blazing array of electro-acoustic instruments and full-on rockers, with driving drums and a dizzy rhythm and lead section they have a large fan base across the UK, USA, France and Norway, where they have a growing reputation for powerhouse live performances. Their current album ‘Until the Last Note Fades’ recorded by legendary producer Mudd Wallace takes their music in exciting new directions and is a unique fusion of Irish/ Scottish style music with rock and reggae.
