‘hello’ FAQs


1. What is ‘hello?’
Hello is the ultimate experience for fans and their favorite talent. It consists of a 15-25 minute stage performance, a meet and greet and an after party.


2. What does each type of ticket get me access to?
There are only two types of tickets:
General Admission Meet & Greet ticket: Access to the show and the meet and greet. You get to meet all the stars.
VIP Meet & Greet After Party ticket: Access to the show, the meet and greet, AND a private after party with all the stars. You also receive a VIP laminate and an exclusive merchandise item. In some locations food & beverages are included in this package. :)


3. Is the show all ages?
Pretty much. If you are under 13 years of age you need to be accompanied by an adult.


4. Can I bring my parents?
Of course! They’ll need to buy a ticket, but all of our venues have food service and a full bar so Mom & Dad can unwind while you are meeting the stars.


5. When will other dates be added?
We’re always booking more talent and adding more dates, so be sure to check back often and follow us on Twitter @fullscreenhello for the latest and greatest!


6. What time can I start lining up?
We don’t recommend lining up more than 3 hours before the showtime printed on the ticket.


7. Can I buy tickets the day of the show?
It depends. There is a very good chance that the show will be sold out at that point, so we recommend buying as early as possible. But yes, if the show is not sold out you can grab tickets at the venue box office. Check with your local venue for box office operating hours.


8. Will there be food?
You know it! You will be able to purchase food and drink inside of the venue. No outside food/beverages allowed please.


9. Will there be merchandise available for sale?
But of course! You’ll be able to purchase merchandise to take pictures with and have the stars sign inside of the venue.


11. What time does ‘hello’ start? And when is it over?
Check your tickets for doors and showtime info. Most ‘hello’ events have doors open at 11am and start at noon. If you have a regular general admission ticket, it will be time to say goodbye to ‘hello’ about 2 hours after the show begins. If you’re attending the after party, you’ll be partying with us for an extra hour. Hooray!


12. How safe is the event?
‘hello’ events are not held in hotel conference rooms or parking lots, but in proper live performance venues across the country that do hundreds of shows a year and are experts in security and crowd control.


13. I want tickets but I don’t have a credit card - help!!
No worries, just call the venue in your city and find out when the box office is open, they all take cash.


14. I already bought the General Admission ticket but now I want to upgrade to the Afterparty ticket - can I do that?
The answer is maybe. You will be able to buy an upgrade to the Afterparty at the box office on the day of the show if they haven’t sold out by that time.


15. Can I bring my own camera?
Of course, that’s the whole point! Get ready to selfie the day away… :)


16. If I have a ticket to the Afterparty and my friend doesn’t, can they still come with me?
Sorry, the Afterparty can only be accessed with an Afterparty ticket.


17. Do I need to bring my tickets to the event?
Of course! That’s what tickets do, get you into places.
