Australian Regional Cuisine and Wines Dinner
Avoid the Crowds and have a sophisticated evening in our beautiful new restaurant.
The Wine Room’s excellent new chef, Shane will be showcasing Australian Regional Cuisine sourcing the best of the best from around our great country. We will start with a glass of Tempus Two Platinum Sparkling.
There will be five courses through the evening and we will advise you of regional wines to par with each course. Bring on the New Year with a toast of Chandon Sparkling and ‘build your own’ pavlovas. Bring your friends and enjoy New Years Eve with us.
Five course meal plus glass of Tempus Two Platinum and a glass of Chandon Non Vintage Brut on New Years Eve - $90pp.
