It's a hoedown at the Bassment tonight and we start the evening with some great LIVE Country and Blues acts.


East Lonesome Drifters
"We got both kinds of music here--we got country AND western". East Lonesome Drifters is a five-piece outfit that pay homage to traditional country, western swing, Bakersfield and bluegrass. Hailing from Pittsburgh USA, singer Cowboy Crispy gives authentic voice to the stories behind the songs - classics from the likes of Hank Williams, Merle Haggard, Bob Wills, Gram Parsons, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and Steve Earle. With three part harmonies, acoustic guitar, pedal steel, telecaster and bass (and the occasional washboard, dobro and harmonica thrown in) East Lonesome Drifters lay claim to being the most authentic honky tonk barroom band in the UK.


The Southern Generals
UK based country band focusing on new material. A bit Bakersfield, a bit Nashville and a bit Alt Country/Americana.


Flying Vee's
3 musical ronin that sing and play Americana and Celtic tunes. This is Mike's acoustic band for his prolific songwriting style. Covering trad tunes as well.




After the bands, the late night, Indie / Rock / Funk / Disco & Alternative Beats DJ’s take over ’till 4am! This week sees the Distorted brotherhood of Andy & Rich join resident Mat 'The Daddy' Format!
