DRESS - Strictly Black Tie (n.b. Club members who have Club-Crested Jackets can wear these with bow tie, dress shirt and dark trousers). No normal suits please - Strictly BLACK TIE

TICKETS: Club members who are fully-paid (either via standing order or paid in advance) are entitled to attend free of charge (please note - Player subs payments MUST be up to date to qualify for a free OB17 ticket). Tickets numbers are strictly offered on a first come / first served basis and total numbers are limited. Last year, 150 tickets were sold in 3 days after this announcement, so please do not delay - order and pay for your tickets straight away.

HOTEL ROOMS: Rooms are now available to book direct with the hotel on 08713769008 for a double room and breakfast for £105 . Please quote on the call 'Rugby Ball 2017 & 20th MAY' to get your discounted rate. no payment will be taken until the day but the do ask for your long card number to hold the booking. Get a room booked in early as there are limited rooms available.
