Chocolate Jewellery
In this multi-segment class, Chef Jorg Amsler will show you how to make realistic looking chocolate jewelry, and how to create your very own silicone molds!
In this class you will learn how to:
- make modeling chocolate from scratch
- work with different styles of silicone to create your own personalized style of jewelry.
- Create matching sets or individual masterpieces, such as brooches, medallions, bracelets, medals of honor, costume jewelry or historic symbols.
- Make them realistic looking with the right sheen colors and luster dusts.
- Recreate authentic looking metals, such as silver and gold, or pewter and bronzes
This class aims to equip you with techniques, not just learning a one-off project. You will be able to use your newly acquired skills to cross over many edible art projects.
