For the first time in sixteen years Ettalong Memorial and The Greens The Entrance Bowling Clubs have the privilege of hosting one of Bowls NSW’s most prestigious events “The State Inter-Zone Sides Championship.”
Sixteen sides (4 teams x 4’s) made up of the best bowlers from all parts of the state will converge on the Central Coast in their quest to be crowned the “State Inter-Zone Sides Champions.”
Eight sides apiece will play at Ettalong Memorial and The Entrance BC’s over the weekend of Sat 12th and Sun 13th September to determine sections winners with a semi-final being played at each club on the Sunday afternoon.
Any sports minded person will enjoy the spectacle of this premium event as the best bowlers in New South Wales, including current State and former State representative players and International players go head to head in the “Showdown for the Crown.”
The winners of each semi-final will then contest the final on Monday morning 14th September at Ettalong Memorial BC to determine who will hold the championship trophy to the sky in victory.
