Our great coaches run classes year round for athletes at all levels. This spring we are running two beginner classes and two intermediate classes. Beginners on Tuesday nights 6:30-7:20 and Satruday mornings 10:40-12:00 and Intermediate on Thursday nights 6:30-7:20 and Saturday 12:00-1:20.
