The fishing officially starts at 10am until noon. You should arrive by 9:30am to register. Once again we’ll need volunteers to help the kids fishing and to cook and serve food to the kids and families. The event is open to children up to 12 years old. Most of the children participating are solicited from the inner city schools by the Hartford Parks and Rec Department. Children of Hartford Elks members are also welcome to attend. Most of the event is funded from ENF via the Gratitude Grant.
