Akshay Bhalla aka Bhallanator was first introduced to
electronic when he came across a track on a CD given to him by his parents when he was just a kid. It didn't take him long to realize his love for this music and soon he found himself heading towards the world of clubbing.

In 2007 he started with his short Residency at Ministry of
Sound, London after which he explored the management side of things at MOS, Fabric and The Egg.

In 2012, his passion for the music culminated in the launch of India's first ever electronic music magazine, Euphoric Magazine.

Having opened for artists like Joseph Capriati, tyDi, Anna,
Tenishia, Jerome Is Mae, Arctic Moon, The Viceroy, Indecent Noise, Lange, Ashley Wallbridge over the years, he has also played at venues like Blue Frog in Delhi & Bombay, Fabric & MOS in London, Kitty Su & I-Kandy in Delhi, Pebbles in Bangalore, and Pasha in Chennai amongst many others.

From Journalism to Stage Management to being a promoter; Finally in April 2015, after 7 years of unfolding, learning, living and breathing every corner of this street, he gave himself a crafty name of deceit, 'Hoax'. With access to unreleased material; the tricks delivered when he's behind those decks is what makes that name so perfectly fitting.

Daniel hails from New Delhi, India. His music interpretation initially took shape in the form of the Drums at the age of 8.Having gone through multiple transitions in the music space, everything from Led Zepplin to Limp Bizkit, from Michael Jackson to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Daniel molded his taste and perception to music while executing numerous shows with multiple bands as a drummer.

Doktor Daniel is a manifestation of flavors that project his love of House, Tech House & Techno. The jumpy-ness of Tech House wired with the Drive of Techno laced with spread out atmospherics, power stabs and a strong drum/percussion section are what define his core sound. Unpredictable structures and complex rhythm’s are a rudiment in this thought process as a Producer and Dj.

Over the years, sharing the stage with names such as Joseph Capriati, Macromism, Jeremy Olander, Wehbba, Anna, Christian Smith, Dosem to name a few have added to his experience of a seasoned Dj. He releases his debut EP on Bashi Records in June 2015 with a few more in the pipeline in the coming months.
