Native New Yorker Andrew Schulz likes laughs. Real, hard laughs. And this fall, the comedian - known for his hilariously edgy, street-smart, unapologetic comedy - will deliver his due. Handpicked by MTV as their new tastemaker, Schulz will take over the small screen with five new shows for their network. He'll be on the road for his accompanying stand-up tour. And his "one of the top five up-and-coming artists on Twitter", there will be more than a few ways to get your fix.

The first of the five shows for the MTV and MTV2 is "The Hook Up", which will premiere on October 14. An updated take on "The Dating Game", Schulz hosts the show, guiding contestants through the confusing social media landscape that is the current dating scene. Next up, later this fall the show "Guy Court", in which he and his colleagues from the hit show "Guy Code" will prosecute (or defend) a guy by the official Law of Manhood. Schulz will continue to write and appear on the 4th season of the record-breaking MTV2 series "Guy Code" as well as the second season of "Girl Code".

With his unique brand of humor, Schulz has established himself as a fixture in the New York comedy circuit. He regularly performs at The Comedy Cellar, Stand Up NY, The Comic Strip Live, Eastville Comedy Club, and Caroline's Broadway.
