This is one of the longest running bonspiels in the Lower Mainland. The first annual Dogwood was held at the New Westminster Curling Club in 1956. The 11th annual Dogwood began January 8th, 1966 and was the first event held in the brand new Royal City Curling Club. Some years the Dogwood hosted over 100 teams and lasted more than one week. The Royal City Curling Club is proud to be celebrating the 61st annual this season.
