Hailing from Athy, County Kildare, Jimmy Rainsford and Ryan Hennessy joined forces at the end of October 2015 after Jimmy heard Ryan’s unique vocals in a local venue. The pair hit it off and started recording in the studio together, before making the partnership more permanent with the birth of Picture This.

The band’s social media presence has seen their fan-base rise from 100 friends and family on Facebook to over 16,000 likes and 2.5 million views on their videos in a short space of time. The band’s YouTube account has also received over three hundred thousand views. Their ‘Traffic Jam’ videos have become a viral sensation with the likes of Gavin James, The Coronas, Ryan Sheridan, Hometown and Aslan’s Christy Dignam all taking part. Picture This have signed with International booking agents CAA under the guidance of Jon Ollier, the man responsible for bringing Ed Sheeran from the streets of London to stadiums all over the world.
