Newtown-based ‘Backsliders’ are back on home turf at the Vanguard - Dom Turner, Rob Hirst & Ian Collard will be playing original blues and breakdowns, including their ‘hit’ Dark Side of Newtown, as well as interpretations of early 20th Century tracks from the ‘Devils music’ period. Support and special guests will be Reg Mombassa and Peter O’Doherty from ‘Dog Trumpet’ in duo mode.
