Originating from Vienna, Austria as a morning style bread made from a brioche-like dough, it became French when they decided to make it with puff pastry instead! Known for and named after it’s iconic shape, the Croissant dates back to the early 1900’s and features a gorgeous golden, flaky crust with beautiful, buttery layers inside.
Our Pastry Chefs will be up early to create those light, flaky, folds of pastry that will melt on your tongue with every bite and with several options to choose from, Hastings has your morning tea sorted!
