We've got yet another big, big month of basement kicks for you. We're super excited to be now putting on tonnes of our own favourite Punk, Indie, Pop-Punk & Post-Hardcore bands, with Deadlines kicking off a run of Undertone presents shows including Them Dead Beats & Soap.

On top of that, we bring you new nights from metal promoters Riot, Emo all dayer's from There's No Need To Be Upset Fest and Hip Hop from Snak the Ripper.

Ahead of their 2nd EP release, 'Dust', we're delighted that Deadlines join us to showcase their punchy, melodic punk that's becoming ever more familiar to the Cardiff punk/pop-punk scene.
Having played a string of brilliant support shows for the likes of DIY Cardiff at Gwdihw and in our very own basement, we can't wait to hear the new material in full physical form.

Refining the finest of Rock n Roll, Garage & Blues and more to a pure, filthy whirlwind of raucous rhythm and well directed energy, Them Dead Beats bring a potent thunder that takes garage blues legends sound like Tom Waits, The Sonic & more and adds a fuzzy and frenetic twist.
Together producing music reminiscent of analogue warmth and dirty dancehalls, the Barry duo bring a more classic approach to their punk-garage vibes that sets them over and above many of their contemporaries.

Snak the Ripper feat Jaclyn Gee & DJ Illegal
In just 7 short years, Snak The Ripper's life has dramatically changed. Going from homeless and completely unknown, to Underground Cult Phenomenon, to Record Label Owner and Entrepreneur. The Vancouver-based Rapper has over 5,000,000 unique views on YouTube, has headlined tours across Canada and Europe & toured with well-known artists like Onyx and Swollen Members, and has played multiple dates on the Vans Warped Tour and at SXSW in Austin Texas. Snak’s stunning rise to Cult Icon coincided with a life and death struggle with substance abuse. Clinging to Music as he struggled to get himself clean, he released his debut album The Ripper in 2007 and went on to sell several thousand copies online and at his live shows. In 2012 Snak released his most successful project to date, White Dynamite, which spent almost 3 weeks at #1 on iTunes HipHop/Rap Charts, and sold nearly 10,000 Digital Albums and over 22,000 Singles. The Ripper is a master of cadence, tone and harmony, using his grimy vocals in all sorts of engaging ways. Backed by top-notch production, each song drips with venom. Snak sings like Bob Dylan, in a voice so ugly that we cannot help but feel it is our own.
