PUSH is about to mark five years in the business, and to celebrate – as well as bring 2014 to an absolutely explosive close – we are super excited to be bringing all our supporters the mighty BEN KLOCK.

The Berlin-born DJ, producer and label owner is one of the most significant figures in techno’s recent history. A resident at techno mecca Berghain since its opening in 2004, Ben has become synonymous with the club’s unique sound, and in turn this revered space has also influenced his approach as a DJ and producer.

Ben's sets full of hypnotic, deep and heavy grooves, plus his releases on the Berghain label Ostgut Ton and on his own Klockworks label (founded in 2006), have all propelled him to the forefront of the global techno movement during the past few years.

Through his remixes for such diverse artists as Kerri Chandler, Martyn and Depeche Mode, along with his acclaimed debut album “One” on Ostgut Ton and his Berghain and Fabric mixed compilations, the name Ben Klock has become a byword for the very essence of contemporary techno.

Ben’s music is free of nostalgia and instead floors the listener with consistency, tension and dynamics, often fused with a sensibility usually expected from house music. Harnessing a combination of industrial austerity, natural musicality and an impressive physicality, Ben delivers the most intense techno with a smile planted firmly on his face – and we challenge anyone to not be moved.

At the PUSH Fifth-Anniversary Party, Ben will be supported by PUSH residents Frankielam, AKW and Lukas. Earplugs will not be provided.
