TESCO, ASKHAM BAR & ON TO THE MARCIA PUB IN BISHOPTHORPE
I think this will be our last cruise meet before winter (aaarrrggghhh, where did the summer go). Anyway, this time, we will meet at the Askham Bar (Tadcaster Road) Tesco, and go along to the Marcia pub in Bishopthorpe. I am attaching a couple of menus so if you would like to eat there you can see what options there are. It would be helpful to the pub if we can pre-order as many as possible, but it's not essential. Please only pre-order if you will definitely be going. You can do this either by telling me on here and I will pass it on to the pub, or you can call the pub direct on 01904 706185 and tell them you are with the VW club meet. The aim is to leave Tesco at 7:45 and arrive at the Marcia no later than 8pm. The car park isn't massive, but there is also on street parking. There is a big garden and dogs and children are welcome.
